We are Capitalists. That is, we think that only moral social and economic system for free people worldwide is one where people engage in the voluntary trade of values.
You work hard, your employer pays you. That is trading the value of your labor, skill, and knowledge for the money from your employer. Simple. And as long as you both negotiate a deal that you both think is equitable (how much of your labor, skill, and knowledge for how much money), then everything is fair and ethical.
